Overall Manny was very nice and the RV worked just fine. Not giving 4 or 5 stars because Manny was late to drop the RV off which was frustrating as we had an event we had to rush to get to. Also he messaged us the day of that there would be no blankets in the RV as they were lost which is frustrating because it had been booked for weeks. We were flying into town so it wasn't easy to get our hands on blankets. The inside was pretty bare bones too which you would think there would be at least cups in the RV.

Was a wonderful trip. Manny was great to work with. The reservation pick up location was not correct, if I did not call for directions I would not have known it was a different location. Toilet did not have disinfection liquid put in, had to add myself.

Manny was an amazing host, he did everything to make sure we would be comfortable and ready for the week. The camper was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. It was a wonderful experience ... thank you Manny!

The RV was exactly as described and the perfect place for our family to call home during our week in Michigan! Manny was incredibly responsive before, during, and after our trip so the process was smooth and simple. He went above and beyond to ensure our trip was perfect and it truly was. I would recommend ‘Scout’ to anyone looking for an RV to rent. We are already looking forward to the next time we visit so that we can rent it again!
