Jeremy and his wife were both absolutely delightful and kind. I was their first customer and this was the first time I used Outdoorsy, so we were all green to this. He was very kind and helpful with everything. I think everything would have to be absolutely perfect for a 1996 RV to earn 5 stars and I honestly don't know that it was possible.
