Minase and his wife were so helpful. The RV had everything we needed for the trip and Minase took the time to show me how to work all the features.

The trip we had in this RV was nothing short of amazing. We toured around several national parks, and the RV was perfect for the job. But what made our experience truly outstanding was the owner and their family. Their kindness, honesty, and hospitality were just incredible.
Before our trip, we watched the family's YouTube videos, which were super helpful for RV newbies like us. They covered everything we needed to know and saved us so much time and hassle.
Even when the generator gave us a bit of trouble, it wasn't a big deal since we knew we could get by without it at full-hookup RV parks. The best part was how the whole family went above and beyond to try and fix it for us. That's the kind of dedication that makes you feel so taken care of.
The entire experience made us want to book this RV again for our next adventure. We're so grateful for the wonderful trip and the chance to meet such a lovely family.

Minassee was a great host. Super communicative. He explained everything in detail before handing over the RV and was extremely accommodating in getting a quick check out done. The RV was comfortable and spacious for 4 people, we could have fit one more easily.

Minasse was a great host, responsive and explained everything about the van. also flexible with pickup/dropoff times, our flight was delayed a couple hours and he was accommodating.

This is such a great camper it has everything you need! They provide camper chairs, stove burner, pots and pan, towels, blankets, literally everything you need. The tent was so easy to set up too. Would definitely recommend, and looking forward in renting again!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time on our RV trip! The RV was in great condition—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—which made our journey smooth and enjoyable. We loved every bit of the experience, from the scenic drive to the fun adventures along the way.

Host was late to the pickup and arrived with a different RV than the one we reserved. Within an hour of pickup the generator stopped working (and therefore so did the air conditioning- in the 100 degree Las Vegas heat). Turned out it had no oil in it. Several days after our trip started, received an email from Outdoorsy saying that since the host didn’t inform them of the swap of RVs prior to our departure, we were not covered by the insurance we had purchased thru them. Despite the fact the website says we’re required to have this insurance, they wouldn’t transfer it. Host agreed to put us on his insurance for duration of trip, which he did, though with our names spelled incorrectly (would we have really been covered?). The next day host said Wheelbase (the host website; Outdoorsy is the customer website) was giving us the insurance. One day a flat no, saying it’s impossible; the next day it’s done.
This was our first Outdoorsy rental. It did not leave a good impression.

Minassie provided a great rental experience. Showed us what was available, let us choose, and even provided chairs and a tent, cutlery, and all of the items we might have needed during our trip. Return was simple. Would definitely rent from him and Jumbo Campers again with no concerns.
