Trailer was clean Garrett was responsive and flexible. Everything worked exactly as expected. We did forget to empty the tanks and Garrett also took care of that for a reasonable ($35) fee that I was more than fine with. Would rent again.

Thanks Garrett! Good communication, especially considering the quick turnaround from previous renter to our rental date. Garrett really took the extra time during a 90+F afternoon to go through everything (demonstrating included) on his trailer to ensure my wife and I felt confident on how to operate everything.

Garrett was awesome to work with! He was very patient with us as first time renters/users of an rv. He had everything we needed and more, our kids absolutely loved it. It made camping a breeze and the king size bed was super comfy!

Trailer is laid out well and could be a good rental, however, it was dirty on both the outside and inside when I picked it up. Bathroom, living area, kitchen were all dirty. Floors needed to be cleaned, coffee maker missing, outdoor chairs dirty and torn, blind rod missing, no replacement paper towels, microwave and kitchen drawers were dirty. Drain handles in the bathroom missing, kitchen faucet loose. Bath towels were old. Clothes left in the bedroom closet, ceiling vents dirty. Outdoor BBQ was greasy and the outdoor refrigerator had mold in it so we never used either of them. Even the furnace stopped working. We didn't have time to get another trailer so we had to spend 2 hours of cleaning and washing the trailer before we left. Definitely not up to the expectation of picking up a fully functional and clean trailer.

As a first time renter, we were a little nervous with the experience of renting. Garrett was a great communicator, timely, and very kind. We met the family when we dropped the trailer off and they were so sweet asking about our trip and how everything went. When we are ready to go again, we will definitely look to see if Garrett's RV is available first.
