Jess and Tim are very nice and organized. They prepared a lot of inventory that we need during the trip. Very clean and organized trailer makes us feel like home. Memory foam mattress is so comfortable. With the slide out, there's tons of space for our family of four. Jess even prepared a guide checklist and an inventory list that are easy enough to follow. Tim helped us hook and unhook when picking up/dropping off. Awesome owners with well cared trailer. We shared a lot of experience and it was fun too to just talk about them. Highly recommended if you want a great renting experience and fun with your trip.

Our first time on an RV! It was an amazing time. Jess was super responsive and helpful in answering our questions. RV is brand new and in amazing condition. Looking forward to doing it again.

Great family trailer and a terrific experience with the owners, who are communicative and attentive. The trailer is new and in great shape, with little wear-and-tear. It came with all the leveling and stabilizing gear (for which step-by-step instructions are provided). Everything was extremely clean. Minor complaints: (1) the outdoor kitchen looks like it's never been hooked up and was not operational; (2) the kitchen is stocked with kind of a hodgepodge of cookware, cups, and plates; (3) the fridge hadn't been run and was not on at pickup, meaning we could not use it the first day; (4) this one is hardly unique to this trailer: the bed is rock-hard because of the skinny RV mattress. Overall, we would be happy to rent this trailer again.
