I used rent from Outdoorsy for some of my camping events. I knew that one day I'd buy my own rig and rent it out. Now I've been an Outdoorsy Host for three years! While I'm not playing host, I love to take The Crab Shack on adventures near and far, whether its Yosemite, Yuma, or Yellowstone! I enjoy cooking, campfires, and cold beer. Friends, family and furballs love to join me for fun times aboard my comfy Glamper where every convenience is available no matter how far away from home.

Sandra was a great host and she thought of everything a person would need for their trip. All of the details and special touches made it feel like home. We would not hesitate to use the crab shack again.

Outstanding experience all around ... our first family RV trip was a blast. We spent 10 days on the road and the Crab Shack was comfortable, easy to drive, easy to set up and Sandra was very responsive when we had questions. During the summer, a newer RV with A/C like this one is a must. And the delivery/pick-up fee was absolutely worth the extra charge - we would do this all over again!

This was our first RV Trip , and Sandra took more time with us to make sure we were comfortable with the entire process. She was supper responsive, and took the time to answer and provide resources for us to make our trip the best it could be. She provided the best advise before we started to not worry about the small stuff, and it really made our trip that much more enjoyable. We ran into some issues on our trip but with her help, and that statement in mind we had the best time. Her RV , and her help made that a great vacation and trip. We traveled over 7 states, and 17 days and made tons of memories. Thank you for the great experience and all of your help we will be looking to book this again in the future.

The Crab Shack was perfect and Sandra was an amazing host. From the very beginning from initial booking questions through completion of the trip Sandra was incredibly helpful. I ended up switching from pickup to delivery and she went above and beyond. When I arrived to the camping site the RV was set up perfectly and she even set up the area outside with picnic table coverings, campfire chairs, and a bed and bowl of water for my dog! The inside of the RV was even better than expected and with the sides out it was more spacious than the photos led onto. The listing says you only need to bring food and that is not an exaggeration. The Crab Shack had everything we needed including cookware, paper supplies (tp and paper towels), coffees and teas, to pancake/waffle makers and anything you can think of. The spacious refrigerator (and freezer) held all of our supplies. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of space. This was legitimately a 10/10 experience on all fronts. I can confidently recommend this vehicle and this host to make good on everything you see in this listing. We used the Crab Shack for a school camping trip and it quickly became the hangout spot because it was the best RV there. Thank you Sandra for helping these kiddos (and me and my dog) create some great memories! We appreciated all your help.

Awesome experience in the crab shack. First time renting/using an RV. Took it out for a 3 night trip to the Grand Canyon with wife and 2-1/2 year old. Boondocked 2/3 nights and had no issue. Full hookup last night. Sandra was incredibly helpful providing detailed instructions and sharing really useful RVing resources. Would absolutely book the crab shack again!

Wow! Sandra went above and beyond for us on our trip. This was the first time we had rented through the site and she made it a truly great experience for us. The RV was so clean and smelled nice and was better than pictures. We will definitely be renting again!

Let me start by saying that Sandra is an AMAZING host! She thought of everything and made our first RV experience awesome! She even decorated the Crab Shack with Christmas lights and packed the RV with hot chocolate and brownies for the kids. Our pets are a must and she was super easy going about the dogs. Being that this was our first experience with an RV, she took a lot of the anxiety out of the rental process - which was not the case with some of the other hosts. This was the reason we went with Sandra and to add the RV itself was fantastic! Prior to the trip, Sandra provided us with a very informative walkthrough - giving us a ton of confidence as we were about to embark on our trip. We drove up the coast of CA, stopped in Lake Tahoe, onto Park City, UT finishing in Colorado for Christmas. The drive home was shorter stopping in Zion, UT then back to SD. The Crab Shack was our home for 10 days and was super comfortable, roomy, fully stocked, cozy, modern and easy to drive. I never slept so good! The memories we made will last us a lifetime and highly recommend Sandra and the Crab Shack to anyone looking to have an awesome RV experience!

We had the best trip and Sandra was so great to work with. The RV was everything we could have hoped for and some. Sandra’s such a joy and would highly recommend her for your next rental.

LOVED the Crab Shack! I did part of my trip solo with two small kids and was a little nervous, but it was super easy to set up and take down. Sandra was amazingly helpful, she even suggested some great videos to help me learn.
PARENTS: Biggest bonus - Sandra installed carseat anchor points!! Both my kids (3 & 5) were super secure and safe at the table in their car seats. That's a rare find in RVs (I know, I did a lot of research)
The RV was super well stocked so I really only had to throw in clothes and some toys. When the slide is out it's HUGE with plenty of room for a family of 4 to move around. The whole trip felt so easy with all the space and storage we had compared to lugging bags in and out of cars.
Would definitely recommend the Crab Shack!
