This was my first time using Outdoorsy. I am thoroughly impressed with the entire process. Alex, our host provided an extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped camper for our trip. Communications were easy even when I briefly lost Internet connection to the app. We very easily switched to text messaging to facilitate meeting so he could set up the camper. He delivered it to our site on time and was extremely helpful in helping us decide how to position the camper because we were expecting others to join us. We had everything we needed. I’m already excited for my next trip. Many thanks to Alex for making this a very positive experience.

Alex was great at communicating, he made the pick up and drop off process super easy.
Camper was clean and had a decent variety of items to use like cooking/dishes and outdoor rug, table ect. I would rent from Alex again and would recommend him as a host.

Alex was a great host. The camper was amazing, clean and very well stocked for anything you might need for camping. The bed was very comfortable as well. We both had a great time camping and will definitely be renting from Alex again. Delivery was great as well. A definite must if you are looking to rent from Alex.

Working with Alex was a pleasure. The communication with him to get the camper deliver and picked up was flawless. The spaciousness of the camper made for a fun filled sleeping and camping adventure. The amenities he provided also was a nice perk, I would highly recommend him to others and rent from him again myself. Thanks for making our weekend a success. A plus service at an affordable price.

Alex was super great - the camper worked perfectly - sadly the weather sucked during our weekend - would use Alex's rental again though - very great!

Alex was great! Very responsive to questions. Delivery was on time (actually 30 minutes early, when I let home know we were arriving early). Great experience camping at Jack Lake Campground for four nights, and our family of 5 was very comfortable.

Absolutely fantastic stay - camper was pristinely clean when we got it. Alex (owner) was very accommodating with our plans and communicated quickly and clearly. Beds were comfy and there were more than enough included supplies for a great trip. The only improvement or recommendation to bring is a step-stool for getting down from the top bunk - it's a LONG way down to the floor from the first bunk when you're climbing down!

This was our first time renting a RV from someone and it was a great experience. Alex was very responsive with any questions we had and was quite helpful. The camper was the perfect size for the two of us and was exactly as expected. It had everything that we needed for our stay for the weekend at Iola Campground. We added the generator that he offered and it was so quiet so it was perfect. Alex delivered the camper to the Campground for us and picked it up after we left. It was the perfect situation for us and we'd rent a camper from Alex again if we are in the area!
