Hello - I'm Elaine and we are a family of 3. Our daughter is now 9 and loves adventures so we decided to adopt Topher (our camper van)! Together we seek for beautiful hikes and explore places where mother nature views are breathtaking! We have only the weekends, holidays and planned vacations to enjoy Topher so we'd like for others to enjoy him too. RENTER BEWARE!!! Misleading listing. High fees despite $299 daily rental cost and "Peace of Mind" insurance plan. Owner shows little understanding and consideration.

We strive to be transparent and accommodating, often going out of our way to meet special requests—including early pickups (6:30 am) outside our stated policies. Our listing clearly outlines what's included, and we encourage guests to reach out in advance with specific needs. Per our terms, the RV must be returned in the same condition as pickup. While we don’t charge for normal exterior dirt, damage such as avoidable scratches may incur charges. We promptly addressed concerns during your trip and issued a credit for a missing item. Despite a significantly late return with no prior notice, we didn’t apply a late fee. We take pride in offering a well-maintained RV and smooth rental experience, with consistently positive feedback. We remain committed to fairness and clear communication.

Our family of three had a great first time experience thanks to Dennis. He was so patient, showing us everything we needed to know and even being available to help while we were on the road. Every tool was clearly labeled and the van was fully stocked with all the basics plus more. The van itself was very clean and easy to drive and the bed comfortable. We highly recommend Dennis and his trusty van, Topher.

We stayed on a farm for three nights and the RV was great! Warm, dry. Easy to use. All good and Dennis is so helpful and easy to work with! Will rent again!

Dennis is awesome. His RV was in great condition and trip was a blast. Wench Creek campground at union valley reservoir. No hookups but between charging rv in am had plenty of power and easy fill of water tank I never ran out. Rent from Dennis- good guy trying to balance his love of rv’ing and being able to afford it!! 5*! My granddaughter loved visiting me!

Better than a great experience! My wife and I flew from the east coast to San Francisco, carrying just 1 suitcase with clothing for a 2-week trip. Elaine and Dennis provided exceptional help, with information on the Pacific Coast, the best places to camp, and on operating the van. This beautiful, impeccably clean van was stocked with everything - everything! - we needed for dry camping and RV parks with hook-ups. Easy vehicle to drive, very comfortable bed, and a very well-equipped kitchen. Elaine and Dennis anticipated every need to really enjoy the whole experience. We really appreciate everything that they did to make this a most memorable vacation.
