John made our trip so easy and was very accommodating with the pick up and drop off! He explained how to use everything very clearly and made sure we were totally comfortable before heading down the road. The trailer itself was absolutely perfect - neat and clean and ready for us to enjoy our little adventure in the desert. For being a small teardrop trailer it had creature comforts like heat to keep it comfy at night, a very workable kitchen including pumped water and a sink, and even a solar powered fridge. I can't imagine a better experience for renting a travel camper! Absolutely would recommend and (hopefully someday) do it all again!
