Absolutely terrible. I am shocked that this vehicle had any positive reviews but after rereading them when we returned I see that at least one reviewer had originally rented this and then was given something else. We rented this out of desperation once our initial rental with a different owner was cancelled at the last minute because of mechanical issues. It was the only RV that would fit in our national park campsite. I understand that this is a 1994 so I had very low expectations to begin with. This rental didn't even come close to meeting those low expectations. Scheduled to pick up between 9:00 am and 9:30 am. Took Uber out to pick up location,owner still wasn't there by 9:45. Contacted him and he finally showed around fifteen minutes later. RV was absolutely filthy! Windows and windshield were so dirty you could hardly see through them, floor had not been swept and was filthy. Owner discovered that refrigerator wasn't working, so he spent the next 90 minutes removing parts from another RV to repair the refrigerator so that it would not rely on generator for cooling. Never was able to fix the refrigerator but assured us that the generator would cool the fridge... he left the generator running while we drove down the road. It shut itself off fairly soon into the drive. Owner told us he would text us his phone number in case we had issues since we would have no internet access to communicate through Outdoorsy. He never texted the number. We leave around 11:30... more than 2 hours after scheduled time. Stop to wash windshield and buy food. Bought enough food for 3 nights of dry camping at Rocky Mountain National Park. Still not too worried as we were going to be able to turn on generator at campsite. GENERATOR DID NOT WORK. Lost all the food that needed cold storage. Out of desperation we tried to start the generator several more times that night and on the 4th time it started. Generator ran intermittently for the remainder of the rental. We strongly considered returning the rental after the first night but decided to stick it out because there were no other options available to fit into our national park campsite. When we were leaving owner lot we were told that water tank had a slight leak and that was true but we weren't told the black water tank also leaked. Both rear view mirrors constantly fell down while driving and had to be readjusted and the burning smell from the engine caused great concern. The ABS light stayed illuminated on the dash but thankfully the breaks worked. The RV was old and faded as expected but the mold growing on the outside was unacceptable. While waiting for the "repair" to be completed, the owner told us that he had bought it after it was totaled due to hail damage to the roof. It appears that he fixed the roof but not the holes directly to the outside at the bottom of the storage closet nor the roof vents that wouldn't stay shut-- we ended up tying down the front roof vent so that it would continue flapping in the wind. The RV has a wholesale license plate out of Wisconsin which was odd. When we contacted the owner to ask about where to leave the keys after dropping the RV--we were not surprised to hear "in it" as the response---certainly no one would dream of stealing it in the condition that it is in.

Jared was great to work with. He had completed all of the items, that needed attention or added to the RV before we left. Although we had no internet access, we were able to text him with questions and concerns and he replied right away. I think the RV needs some minor repairs, but overall, the RV was cool and Jared was someone we would definitely do business with again! Thanks Jared.

Outstanding!!! Jared was having some small issue with my original lease camper so instead of giving me a vehicle with problems I didn’t know about he upgraded my lease to a better model w/o any additional charges!! First class all the way!!

Jared went out his way to make sure that we were able to start our trip well, he accomdated our schedule both on the front and back end our trip. He made sure the RV was available for us well after business hours and made sure we got to our return flight on time. We had no mechanical difficulties on a very long trip.

Jared was very easy to work with, explained things well and the vehicle ran very good. We did not use the generator as we were plugged to power all the time but it ran well. We used our own bed in back as wife needs firm support. Tires were almost new. A very good value.

We had a minor mechanical issue on our trip, and Jared was excellent in helping us. His overall service was excellent through the entire rental.
