Let me start off by saying I never write bad reviews. My motto is usually, "if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all". This case is an exception.

We are sorry that you had an unpleasant experience. When it comes to renting a home on wheels, sometimes there are unforeseen issues that can occur. We felt we were extremely helpful when notified of your issues and did our best to try and resolve the problems that occurred in an expedited manner. Since you had never driven or operated an RV before, we felt we properly informed you of our vehicle/operations and provided ample reference information for your journey. Your claim was thoroughly reviewed by Outdoorsy’s claim department and we provided evidence proving your user error of our vehicle, hence your claim was denied. Batteries dying is never fun for anyone and of course, isn’t something we could have predicted. Thus, we provided you a refund due to the inconvenience you experienced.

A nice sized RV and I really appreciated the decorative touches. Naomi was very available for communication throughout the trip. There was an issue with the sensors but they said they were taking it in right after the trip. Overall a good experience.

Johnny and Naomi have the most amazingly renovated RV. Super cozy! It met all our needs for a family of four with 2 littles. There's plenty of space in the top cabinets to put snacks, books, and activities and closet space to put all the towels and cloths in the bathroom. The RV was fully stalked with cookware and dishware. Movie nights with the projector was a smashing hit! Johnny was very thorough in his walk-through. Naomi was very easy to communicate with. We loved our experience!

Johnny and Naomi were absolutely fantastic hosts!
This was our first time renting an RV so we didn't know anything. Johnny and Naomi were patient and kind and they walked us through all of the details. We contacted them a few times on our trip with questions and they were extremely responsive and eager to help us resolve our issues.
As for the RV, it's totally decked out for a fun family getaway! It's beautifully restored with thoughtful design details like plants, and colorful pillows. It's also fully stocked with all of the kitchen utensils and supplies you could need - even some spices! Our kids loved watching movies on the projector and sleeping on the top "bunk." We had a really great time thanks to Johhny and Naomi. We can't wait to rent their RV again!

Johnny & Naomi stocked the car with absolutely everything we needed -- so thoughtful! And they answered all of our questions, even late at night, to make sure that we had a smooth, comfortable trip. Our young boys loved the RV, and hope we can rent from them again!

The owners are super friendly and took time to explain all we needed to know to use the RV. The RV itself looks really nice inside and out. Drove well too. Overall it was a great experience. I took off a star for listing accuracy since the awning was not working but since the owners graciously included a free standing shade so I put that back. Turned out we never used it anyway. I would definitely recommend.
