The RV worked perfectly for my group and we very much appreciated having it. We had no trouble with anything functioning, although the RV is definitely a bit worn (not a problem for us and made us relax that we didn't have to be quite so stressed about wear, but if you're looking for a brand new RV this may not be the right fit).

Don and Kassandra were awesome to work with. We wanted to take our dogs on the trip and this was the perfect RV to get us where we were going comfortably and safely. We only needed the RV for the drive as we didn't want to cram everyone into a car for 7 hours. Just for reference we fit 3 adults, 2 kids (13 and 17) and three dogs and it was plenty of room! We had no issues with the RV, even traveling into the mountains. Kassandra was very thorough explaining how to use everything prior to departure and they we were readily available if we had any questions. We would definitely rent from them again!

Communication was great, they were very helpful when anything was needed. It appeared to be clean. Everything from air to stove worked well.
However at the end of the trip 20 mins from returning, while driving on the hwy- our muffler came off. My husband was able to do a quick fix to get it to the drop off spot. Once there we started unloading and found German Cockroaches in the cabinets and in the back room. I had to wash EVERYTHING, throw away our remaining food and garbage bag everything for 3 days before bringing it into our home. I also had our bug company come and spray our van the next day in case any strays remained in my van. It was very stressful finding such a detrimental bug and the RV owners had nothing more to offer than "Well haven't sprayed again" 😩 It was an entire days work to go through everything to make sure we didn't bring those bugs home with us. I called Outdoorsy the following week (as I had to rush and leave a couple days later out of state due to my grandma having a Stroke), and let them know I had SEVERAL odd charges on my card. (14 different charges and returns!) I told them of roach problem and muffler as well and was told someone would get back to me, nobody ever did. I paid the extra $ for generator use, tolls etc. If I were the owner I would have at least offered to knock that off the price. Lastly we picked up a day early (due to a pending hurricane) and dropped off a day early, I believe we were charged for an extra day. (I'm not certain because of the terrible billing that was supposed to be addressed and never was. The handle on the sink broke, so thankfully we purchased the extra insurance and didn't have to pay extra for that. Overall the RV ran well, just upset over the bugs mostly.

This was already handled through arbitration which they have ruled in our favor. That our RV was sunk in someone else property and not on our gravel lot or between our airplane hangers. Which we had to pay someone with a tractor to pull it out for us and now paying for their property to be fixed. Plus returned our RV 3 hours after contact stated 8 pm which I told the lady at handoff. Our trackers showed they were home at 6 pm no reason for them to be so late. Stating she broke down but never called us and our tracker never showed an engine light problem or a stop. We would have been more than happy to help them my father would have come and fixed anything and been lenient on time. They did have an issue with the handle breaking which we fixed for them while they were on vacation.

The RV was clean and well kept and pretty well stocked. The beds were all comfortable (even the sofa bed) there is lots of storage.

DK motorsports rented an excellent vehicle for our trip. Kassandra was very help in the pick up, during the trip and the turn in process. While on the trip, the DK team was very responsive to our questions about the RV and to address any issues that came up. Excellent customer service. The vehicle is very well maintained and was enjoyable in warm and cold weather. I would recommend any of the DK motorsports vehicles to anyone interested in taking a RV trip.

The RV worked great for our trip. Don was right there if we needed anything and so was his daughter Kassandra. We drove it to South Dakota and back with very minor issues. Would rent again and thinking about investing in a RV in the future.
