This was our first time renting a travel trailer. The owner, Joshua was very accommodating. The camper was nice and clean. As arranged, the owner had already set up the trailer before we got there and he waited for us to familiarize with his travel trailer. We could not find any coffee cups or regular plates which can go in a microwave. Overall, our first time experience was wonderful and most certainly will do it again.

Joshua was great to communicate with. He was very flexible and helpful in setting everything up for us. The RV was not very clean but we discussed this and he was responsive to that feedback. It was his first time to rent It out and our first time to rent an RV. Definitely not our last!

Thank you for your feedback. I have scheduled a professional cleaning service like we discussed. No more trying to do it myself.
