The RV was fine. The pleather on the couch and booth seats is peeling off which leaves a mess every time you sit on it, both on your clothes and on the floor of the RV. This however is not the reason for the bad review. The refrigerator was not usable. When the door to the freezer and refrigerator were opened, there was a putrid stench of rotten meat. The smell was so bad my children refused to come into the RV until it had cleared. It smelled like meat (possibly fish) had gone bad and was left in it for some time. We did not open either door for the remainder of our stay. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is the fact that Amos was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and the stay.

Absolutely amazing. First time and we’re already hooked! Amos and his RV were great…he was so helpful and always quick to respond. The RV was in great shape and we really had no problems. We’ll do it again for sure!

This was our first experience in an RV. It was wonderful everything was in good working condition. We had no problems at all. Mr. Wheeler was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly & helpful. We were first timers and we had tons of questions and he responded in a timely manner. He also was very helpful when it came to setting up the generator. I would absolutely recommend renting Mr. wheeler’s RV

First off, we originally had a different camper picked out, but had the camper's water heater was broken. Outdoorsy and the renter allowed us to cancel fee free and use the payment as a credit to a different camper. We reached out to Amos somewhat last minute and was able to book his camper. Happy he was able to help us not cancel our trip completely by having his camper available. The previous camper had amazing communication with us and let us know what we needed and what was provided, going as far as sending pics so we knew exactly what to bring, and what was provided. We reached out to Amos to see what we needed and didn't hear from him until the day of. We weren't 100% sure of what was needed or provided as it wasn't answered. So there were a few items we wished we didn't take up space packing as they were already provided, and few items we needed but didn't know we needed if that makes sense. All in all, the camper served its purpose. It was perfect for our little family as far as layout goes, and in reality, if the weather is great, you should just be using the camper for a bed. So really can't complain. I will say there's a stabilizer jack missing so every movement was amplified. Again, not a huge deal. There's about 5 minutes of hot water until it goes cold. It's your normal camper sized shower. You don't get a camper for a shower, but it would've been nice to know how much hot water we're working with so we could get in and get out. My wife showered first and figured this out the hard way. Once she told me about it, I was able to get in and get out. We were even able to give our 2 year old a warm bath. So it's totally workable. Also, we had some electrical issues. My wife plugged in her FitBit charger to the kitchen sink area plug and then slowly things stopped working. Half the plugs just stopped working. It wasn't a huge deal, just the back room where our daughter was sleeping had no working plugs, therefore her monitor and sound machine had to be relocated to the only working plugs which was the master room. Wasn't a huge deal until the AC stopped working in the middle of the night and we kept hearing the radio turn off and on. I'm a master electrician so once we were all awake, I did some looking and found a breaker tripped. Reset the breaker, and AC and back plugs started working again, but the GFI in the bathroom never worked. I think it's just a matter of changing the GFI. Anyways, our trip was still amazing. Pick up and Drop off were an ease. For it being a super last minute booking, Amos was able to still keep in communication with us. I think he was at/in a wedding, so the fact that he was able to answer any questions or concerns says a lot. Location was key. His camper was like less than 2 hours away from the park.

Must say first time using this company and dealing with this upstanding individual and have to say with the most honesty working with the company as well as the owner was just plain great everything went as described the Rv was delivered on time and set up perfectly and the process was remarkably simple I would strongly recommend this company and Amos Wheeler anytime with a 100 percent confidence rating can’t wait to do it again thanks
