My wife, 3 kids (almost 4 kids) are avid campers and RVers ourselves. We get "off the grid" or out of the city as much as possible and love to see new places.

This was requested by the renter. We had a rental agreement for 3 months for a 12 day rental then the renter got covid and asked me to cancel. I gave a full refund even though it is against or policy. I took a huge loss on this rental with no response from the renter.
