I am a biotech professional who has owned and operated 3 short term rental properties in Southern California for the last 3 years. In the midst of this Covid craziness I finally decided to to start living my dream of traveling the country working from "home" and homeschooling my 9 year old son on the road focusing his education around earning Junior Ranger badges at ALL of our National Parks (we currently have 13 of 416 to plan to earn). But reality means I need to fly home to San Diego every month to take care of business. My loss in time on the road is your gain!
