Was a great experience! We were able to take with our Hybrid Pacifica and we had great family bonding. The kids were upset at first that we got this RV to play family video games with the tv listed but there wasn’t a tv. Minor mechanical things but the host OR made up for those things with his patience and kindness of taking some extra time for our first long distance trip. Also the kids didn’t seem to mind not doing family video games and we still had a great time out in the Arizona Desert and seeing the Grand Canyon.

The battery wouldn't stay charged and the black tank was 3/4 full. We tried dumping but only some came out. We only got to use the toilet for a day out of 5 days. Overall, the owners were amazing and communicated very well and hope we can rent from them again!

Before I get started, I have years of experience owning several trailers. We rented this trailer for a weekend fishing in April. The initial process went well, and the owner Or was responsive. We requested early pick up as we were leaving the night before and wanted to get to our destination on time, which Or agreed to. The night before Or stated there was a problem with the faucet from the previous renters and he had to fix it so early pick up was no longer possible. This was inconvenient, however understandable, and he was still able to accommodate us picking up the trailer relatively early. Or was very friendly upon pick up. The listing had several items included, which was one of the selling points as we didn't have a lot of extra room for supplies with a young child. The night before, we decided to confirm that it was all still in there, which is when we were informed that not all the items are included and he needs to update the list. We were already several hours away from home at this point so we were unable to get the appropriate items we were expecting.Once we got to our destination, it initially started off well, until my wife grabbed the sheets, which had hair on them and a bad odor. Luckily my parents had extra sheets with them so we used those. Our campsite had hookups, and we were plugged in, but later noticed the CO detector was off and we had very little power. After troubleshooting, we realized the trailer was not receiving power from the outlet. Luckily my dad also had a trickle charger with us so we were able to charge the battery that way and just ran off battery power. The second day we were sitting down changing my toddler and the glass top of the stove exploded and sent glass flying everywhere. No one was using it or directly near it at the time thankfully, so no injuries occurred, however the mess was very difficult to clean up. I am still not sure why this happened, but it was a hassle to say the least.

Had a good time on our adventure but don’t think we will be using outdoorsy again. Easier to just book a bed and breakfast. Will save on gas

Camper was exactly as advertised. Very good price for such a nice RV!! Couldn’t ask for more !!! Everything worked and it was very nice that they provided some basics necessities such as pots and dishes. Highly recommend this camper !!!
