I rented from Carlos for a weekend trip to St Augustine. I had rented smaller Class C's before and wasnt sure if I would be comfortable driving a Class A. He went out of his way to meet me and let me test drive his RV to make sure I was comfortable. His RV is stocked - with everything you will need to camp! It is very roomy- especially if you have kids - the bunk beds keep the kids entertained and out of the main living area. I enjoyed renting his RV so much that it convinced me to buy a Class A instead of a Class C. Carlos was very flexible - after purchasing, he allowed me to cancel my future reservations with him without penalty. I would not hesitate to book with Carlos!

Hubby and I decided to take a 3-week vacation in the mountains of NC so we spend a whole lot of time researching all the options available in Outdoorsy. We decided to give this RV a chance and we are so happy we did. It was a smooth ride with plenty of storage for all your needs while away from home. One of he things we liked the most about the RV was the slide which gave us so much space to move around. The RV is new and Carlos delivered it sparkling clean. He offers all the ammenities you need so you can relax and disconnect. Carlos was very communicative from the beginning and responded to us very quickly if we had questions about how to use certain features. We rate our experience 5-stars. We will not hesitate to rent this RV in the future again.

The RV was amazing, new, clean... Carlos was very helpful and I could call him anytime during my trip for some doubts I had regarding how things worked. Totally recommendable!

Excellent experience with Carlos. He delivered the RV on time and it was beautiful; like new. He even included a gift basket with with some essentials for our trip. He was very thorough in explaining how everything functions before handing over the keys. He was also only a phone call away for any questions. Overall we had a great trip and Carlos and his RV got us off to the right start.
