Had a wonderful time camping with the Coachman! Everything is so easy to use and had all the comfortable amenities to make our trip really smooth. Highly recommend 👍

We basically rented an RV just for sleeping purposes we planned a trip for the weekend to the desert we planned to do everything outdoors but given it’s so cold right now in California we knew we needed to sleep inside where we could keep warm. I rented an RV for a family size that fits my family. And not sure if the owner is aware or if it was damage from the previous renter but on the weekend we picked up it had rained the whole week prior to the weekend we planned to travel.. on the day that we got to our destination I went to set the beds for my kids to get comfortable come to find out the upper level bed was completely soaked. We noticed prior to taking our trip that there was a plastic bag with tape on the top of that portion of the RV it had blown off there was only a small portion of it left but the tape was still there we couldn’t understand why and didn’t think much of it other than maybe they were trying to protect it from damages or scratches from a tree it’s parked close too.. then after filling the bed and putting two and two together we realized the plastic was put there to keep water from seeping in but with the amount of rainfall that we had it didn’t do that the bed was completely soaked and when I returned the RV on Sunday the bed was still soaked we never stayed one night we were too uncomfortable Friday night and it didn’t dry up by Saturday for us to even consider giving it a go Saturday night so it should have been a two day two night trip didn’t turn into even one. Karen is great such a sweetheart she responded to any and all questions prior to my trip and when I text her to notify her about the wet bed she responded within minutes if I had to write this review just based on the owner I would give it a 5 but reviewing it for the RV itself and our experience I had to rate it a 2.

Amazing experience! This was our first time renting an RV and Keren made the process super easy! She walked us through how to use the RV, allowed us to test drive it and reachout in the middle of our trip to check in on us. We definitely recommend renting from Keren!

Excellent experience for our first camping trip with our boys. RV is in excellent condition with everything we needed to make the trip a memorable one. The owners were wonderful to work with, allowed us to pick up early and walked us through all the details. We will definitely rent from them again!

Our first RV experience with Keren was great! Open communication from beginning to end. Very thorough with pre-departure overview. Clean RV through and through. Would highly recommended and would rent again in the future.
