Just FYI this was my first time ever renting an RV ever. I had never used Outdoorsy, first time and it was lovely. Tony was great! What a smooth process from start to finish He had a QR code on the RV with answers to any and all questions we might have. His walk thru was in depth and covered everything. The RV itself was fantastic. We were a party of 4 so the RV felt like a huge apartment. In fact our friends who we met at the campsite thought we were all boughy because it was so nice. In fact Tony even had movies for the 3 tvs in the rig. We really felt like we had everything we needed for our long weekend camping trip. While long the RV is easy to drive, and maneuver around. The bed in the back is super comfy, and the bathroom has a separate shower area which was appreciated. The fridge is very big and fit everything we needed inside with room to spare. Our family had a blast with this rig. I will rent from Tony again, what an easy experience.
