Derek was amazing! We were in a jam because another outdoorsy owner canceled on us late the afternoon of delivery on Christmas Eve. Derek accommodated us on very short notice and made the process easy, The trailer was in perfect condition!

Derek and the trailer was great. The trailer was exactly as described and pictured. He was great communicate with very timely. He delivered it on time and picked it up on time. Definitely worth the rent and will use trailer again when camping in area.

The trailer had electrical issues due to where we put it, which was not the trailer owners fault. However, when we finally decided to have him put a generator on, the generator kept overloading causing the refrigerator and freezer not to work. Then the air conditioning kept stopping. At one point it was over 100° on the thermostat inside the trailer. Finally, I asked the owner if we could fix it, and if not, maybe it’s best for him to come pick up the trailer and I will stay in a hotel instead. He decided that he just wanted to come get it. I paid close to $1100 for the trailer for one week, he charged me $50 for two days of a generator and only refunded me $275 (after the $100 he reimbursed me for paying the repair man), even though I only had the trailer for half of the week. I was then forced to leave my family reunion where everybody was camping and stay in a hotel, he did not offer to reimburse me for the hotel. My experience was horrible. Here’s the breakdown, 1100 for seven days plus $100 that I paid for the repair man. He charged me $50 for two days of a generator, and gave me back $100 which equaled a refund of 275. It should have been $500. It would’ve been a nice trailer if everything worked. It would’ve been a nice experience if I didn’t feel completely ripped off. What a shame.
