The host was very unprofessional in dealing with a claim dispute between the Host and myself. In addition, the RV was in poor condition including having issues with the front brakes. There were a number of other issues on how poorly the RV was prepared for renting including, lack of documentation on how to operate basic features of the RV. I have not had these issues working through Outdoorsy in the past. Our dissatisfaction is more with the Host from AmeriGo and not with Outdoorsy.

Emran, the owner, was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The RV was perfect for our road trip to Acadia National Park, and I would highly recommend this listing for anyone interested.

This was a first time experience, which had some of my own learning curves. But overall it was a fun journey and adventure for my family. The owner was very good about communicating when questions arose. It was a great first time RV experience.
