The Hohenberger's were extremely accommodating and effectively communicated all rules, procedures, and operations for our trip. Their response and feedback time was immediate. We had a wonderful weekend at the lake with family and can't thank you for helping make it happen.

Awful... simply awful. We were at a primitive campsite and at 230am the battery alarm starts going off because the propane wasn't working on the fridge which caused the battery to drain as the fridge was running on DC power. I had to beg for a gentleman to let us use his generator just to be able to get the thing packed up so we could get home. Cut our trip short by a full day. This unit has not been maintained and is covered in hail dents on the outside. Owner blamed me for issues that I found on the trailer and pointed out to him! DO NOT RENT THIS RV! You have been warned.

Hmm funny the only time this renter called me was to tell me he had torn the trailer connection from the trailer. This is a review from a renter that caused damage and I held their deposit. Anyone would of done the same thing. The canopy was bent this was only 3 month’s old. The levelers were bent to where they wouldn’t lower

This was my 1st time to ever rent a travel trailer. Troy (Mac) was very patient with ALL my questions (there were many). We picked up at his son's house. His son was also very friendly explaining where everything was and what to do. The trailer was clean and served our needs perfectly. I gave mechanical 4 stars only because the leveling jacks where not able to level, just stabilize. This was explained to me to be the case, but didn't realize how important just a little off level can make it difficult to walk with balance (in the middle of the night and being older - HA!). Thanks Mac and Bret.

We had a great experience renting this trailer. It was very clean. Easy to use and plenty of sleeping space! They were so helpful at pick up and drop off!
