The owner had immediate response which I appreciate , the coach was very clean and over all ran well, the only issues was that the air conditioner leaked a lot so , if forced us not to use and it was hot inside.

It was our first RV experience. This RV is brand new, very clean and easy to drive. The free unlimited generator is awesome, So the air conditioning and heater both are working very well. You don't need worry the battery is out because it can support over 200 hours, at first I could not even believe my eyes. The 2 beds are conformable and big. We were 4 adults and 1 baby. We put a baby car seat on one of back seat, there is seat belt you can put on.
Over all, it was wonderful experience. Yanlin has a team to help check everything, and make sure everything run smoothly. We will definitely rent again from Yanlin.

My family and I had an incredibly memorable trip thanks to the team at Friday Afternoon RV rentals. Yanlin and Daniel were simply the best, and went above and beyond for us. You would be hard pressed to find the customer service and dedication they provided. On more than a few occasions I had questions and concerns that were immediately answered, while providing support throughout the trip until I got the hang of everything. Although I've been RV'ing before there's always quirks that are unique to any vehicle, and Daniel was there every step of the way to help me out.
Before we went on the road I had quite a challenge finding an RV that was suitable for our needs, one that was large and powerful enough for my family, yet small enough to manage. Once I started talking with Yanlin everything sort of fell into place and it was quite an easy decision after that. We can't wait for our next adventure and will not hesitate to rent here again. Thanks!

the equipment was delivered to me in near pristine condition. everything worked perfect. The rental is not cheap, but neither is the service, communication or equipment.

The RV was great, a bit small, definitely not sleeps 6, maybe 4 adults and 2 small children , should have been specified because the middle table that turns into a bed is quite short in length and not for an adult size, but overall had a great trip, the RV was very clean, the owner very fast in communicating and very friendly. Definitely reccomend this owner and her RV for a small family of 4 with small children would be a perfect size.

Great little trailer. Love this airstream! Everything in it was easy to use, was very clean, and in good working order. The bed was really comfortable, but not really big enough for 2 adults unless you are very friendly or tiny. Super easy to hook up and tow with my mid-size SUV. Dumping the tanks was OK. The only issue I had is putting the braces down, you need to basically sit on the ground to be able to reach the cranks, which is uncomfortable for me, thus the 4 stars for mechanical. Surprised at this, I should think that Airstream would have done a better job on this aspect.
Yanlin was a great host, he met me at the RV storage and walked through the operation of the trailer. Return was also easy. I didn't need to contact him during the rental period so cannot comment on his availability. BTW I had a bunch of people at the campground ask me about the trailer, I gave the trailer (and Outdoorsy) rave reviews!

Super easy experience. Yanlin was friendly, very responsive and accommodating. RV was just as expected from the many pictures, clean and even had snacks and bottled water in the fridge for us.

Exceptional communication. We were first time users of outdoorsy, first time airstream renters and first time trailer haulers. Yanlin and Lewis helped us through the entire process from how to hook up the trailer to camping in Yosemite, basically all the ins and outs of camping with an Airstream. To sum it up we had a great trip to Yosemite, and owe a lot of to Yanlin and Lewis. Thank you for making our first experience a memorable and easy one. Hope to rent from them again in the near future. (I should add if your a first time trailer renter, we pulled this airstream with a Toyota Tacoma 6cyl, no extra sway bars just the ball hook up and it was easy. You feel a little bit of drag, but felt no swaying or other problems. Super easy to back in to a spot and with a rear back up camera it was easy to hook up. Yes I used the word “easy” a lot, because it was)

Yanlin and Lewis were great to rent from. Nice and clean 16 foot Airstream with many nice touches including snacks and drinks. Would rent from them again!

Great overall experience. The owners respond promptly to messages and are courteous and professional. The RV was in great shape and spotlessly clean. We had a great family vacation and highly recommend Yanlin and Outdoorsy.

This little Bambi is everything we dreamed it would be. We were off the grid in the desert for 3 nights and it was magical. Yanlin and Lewis were incredibly accommodating. The bambi is perfect for 2-4 people, and they've done a great job of personalizing their airstream. I highly recommend.

We drove all over the country in this RV for 5 weeks (myself, wife, and two very young kids) and had a fantastic time. The owners are very nice and very responsive to queries. Aside from the necessary at the start and end, they completely left us to it while on our vacation, which was great. The RV is very new, clean, and drives really well. It has a great engine, which you really appreciate when going up hills. It was a good size, but small enough to be very maneuverable through cities, small towns, and parking lots. Would recommend this one to anyone! Thanks again!
