We had a great time with this RV and overall everything was fine but there were a few points that were disappointing or an annoyance:
- Black water tank lever does not open properly and as a result a lot had accumulated in there. We spent about 2 hours deep cleaning it at the beginning of our trip
- The mirror on the right was loose and we had to secure it with a rope so it wouldn't move while driving on the highway
- The owner did not provide any linen or towels - while this was understandable during COVID, it's a real inconvenience now, especially for people arriving from overseas - that means having to go and buy your own
- The RV kitchen and dinner ustensils were very disappointing: a few children plastic sporks and knives. Not even a pan or pot that will feed 4 people. We had to go and buy everything.
- The main window in the back of the RV did not close properly and created a lot of noise while driving

Having never driven an RV before, much less rented one, Anne made us very comfortable with the entire experience. The RV was clean, well-maintained and problem free over our 10 day, 1500 mile excursion.
Anne was a pleasure to work with and we would recommend her and the Wandersack for your next trip!

Amazing first RV experience! We had such a great time, full of family memories. Special thanks to Anne for being so helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. RV was perfect, clean, and well maintained. We would definitely rent from her again! Thanks Anne!

Anne was easy to work with and flexible for our needs. The RV was just as described, and she gave a thorough explanation of features. It was clean and functioned perfectly. We would definitely rent from her again!
