John was great to work with in the beginning but then response to messages were delayed. Upon contacting John about pick up times, he woukd not provide a time. Johm then advised that he had someone coming to purchase the camper and was paying cash. He csncelled my trip two days before we were to leave. This left us with out a camper and he still has my money. This was a terriable first time experience with John and Outdoorsy.com.

The camper was very comfortable and as pictured. The provided tow hitch with sway control bars and rear view camera made towing the camper easy. John assisted in hitching the trailer and gave a great overview of the camper and its features before we left. He was easy to reach before and during the trip to answer questions. We'd definitely consider renting his camper again.
