I am an avid lover of the great outdoors and my RV is the perfect getaway vehicle. I enjoy trail running and mountain biking. My daughter accompanies me on many of my adventures as we are looking forward to hitting a lot of the national parks in the next few years.

Set up with Jack went well and was easy. The trailer worked perfectly for our Drummond Island trip with lots of muddy two tracks. Neat set up inside, very efficient and the battery lasted the entire 4 nights with lights and fridge running. The bed could use some additional padding if you are used to that. Kid lofts were a hit. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Jack was great to work with. Very responsive, accommodating, and friendly. However, the vehicle itself left a lot to be desired. We picked it up and drove it home since we weren’t leaving until the following day. When we got home, I checked it out further and noticed the vehicle was just dirty. It appeared that no one cleaned it since the previous use. There were crumbs in the cushions, there was hair in the shower (which accounted for the standing water in the shower when we attempted to use it), the floors were filthy, the fridge had an odor, and even though there was no food in it, it wasn’t cleaned. Additionally, one of the plug outlets didn’t work on the inside, we woke up in the middle of the night to the smoke detector beeping because the batteries were dead, and the awning didn’t lock on one side. It was evident the pictures shown were from stock photos or when the vehicle was brand new. We had an excellent vacation because of where we were and who we were with, but I would not recommend this particular vehicle to anyone.

From start to finish our experience with Jack and his RV was first class. The rig was well stocked and met our needs very well. Jack was patient and explained how everything worked. Highly recommend.

Jack’s Recon Envy was a blast to drive and camp in. Jack is super communicative and responds within a short amount of time. We had a single issue with the sink’s water smelling bad but Jack provided advise on fixing it it. Very comfortable to sleep in for 2 people. If you’re going to try and sleep 4, the other will likely need to be kids or comfortable with less space up in the pop up tent. Overall would recommend.
