Bob was helpful and assisted me and understanding how to get RV setup for travel and day to day operation. Once we were camping the RV met our needs and was very comfortable for an older camper. We didn't have hookups at our camp site. We spent most of our time outside but we did use the stove and microwave for light cooking which was nice and we used the shower which was awesome since this was our first time glamping. Drop off was simple and Bob handled our sewage for an extra fee. Tip: if you're renting for more than a couple days and don't have hookups at your camp site, make sure you bring extra gas can for the generator.

We had a great trip! We had to make some last minute changes in the delivery of the trailer and Bob was very patient and flexible in finding our campsite and setting up for us. We were unable to use the propane in the trailer due to a propane line problem but we made it work and Bob brought a generator and gave us unlimited time.
