Do not rent from this person. Very deceitful and dishonest.

I never left with it and Outdoorsy keeps pulling money out of my account, the rental fee, deposit fee, cleaning fee. Then asks me for a review for a trailer I couldn’t take, because the battery was dead, the inside dusty as hell, and the hitch had a proprietary adapter that wouldn’t work with my truck. So we were 4 hours late leaving for my Dads funeral. Had to drive through the night and arrived at 7:30 the next morning. Then had to find hotels which cost 4 c the trailer per night. And Outsoorsy keeps sending me shot like this to review. As they keep taking money out of my account for a rental I never took. Oh best part is the owner took the money apparently and they have shut off their phone and ghosted me. I’m a single parent. Who he ripped off $2000 plus. Thanks Outdoorsy! You suck!
