There are not enough stars to express my experience! They offered me the rental of a generator but I declined because I already have one. Well, my generator died halfway through our trip. I called and he took his time off on a Saturday and brought me another one so that we would enjoy our trip! He saved our trip! I would recommend them to anyone! Great customer service, very clean and accessible RV, easy to ask them questions, worth every penny! Thank you WandRpod we will be calling you again.

The AC didn’t work the first night, but the system was replaced the following day. The awning also doesn’t work on this unit. Overall it was a positive experience and the staff were responsive.
