Check-in Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Rates - All rent is payable in advance. - Past due rent will be charged & payable at the daily rack rate. - Late fee: $35. - If the monthly power bill exceeds $150, you will be responsible for paying the difference. Trailers - One unit per 30-amp or 50-amp site, one family per campsite. - Do not change sites without approval; otherwise site will be considered abandoned. - Wash cars at the carwash. - The rubber sewer ring is to be connected to the sewer. - Proper legal electrical hookup is required, no exceptions. - Any damages to roofs or windows must be repaired in a timely manner. - No graffiti allowed. - Trailers must be currently registered & maintained in good condition, and we must approve any trailers over 15 years old. Damages - The guest is responsible for all damages to property & will be charged accordingly. Quiet Hours - 10 pm until 8 am. - Please be kind & considerate of your neighbors. - No loud music in trailers, tiny homes, cottages, or cars that can be heard or disrupt other tenants. Children - Under 18s are the responsibility of their parents/adult guardian & are not to be left unattended to roam the park. - Please supervise their activities at all times. Vehicles - Two per site. - Must park on own site. - Must have current tags & operational. - Vehicles that are not registered will be towed at the owner's expense. - The speed limit is 5mph. - No auto repairs allowed on the property. - No oil changing allowed on the property. Visitors - Including friends & relatives, must register with the office before entering the park. - They may be subject to an additional person charge. - Check with the office. - Anyone in the park who is not registered will be considered trespassing & will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Trash - Is to be placed in plastic bags & deposited inside the dumpster, not beside or behind it. - Trash cans & bags are not permitted to be kept outside the site at any time. - Non-household items dumped in a dumpster or park grounds will be subject to $100 fine. - Check with the front desk for pickup days. - No construction allowed in and around the site without approval. Yards - Lots are to be kept clean & clutter-free at all times. - No pools, trampolines, swing sets, basketball stands, etc., allowed without approval. - No electrical appliances, refrigerators, freezers, etc. Prohibited Items and Activities - No firearms/explosives/fireworks. - No criminal activities of any sort allowed. - We have a zero tolerance for drug use & possession. - Violators will be evicted & reported to the local police department & DEA. Campfires - Running outside of sites, no campfires. Pet Policy - At the plantation RV trailer park, we welcome responsible pet owners and their furry companions. - To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we ask that you follow these pet rules and policies. - Pets allowed in park, no aggressive breeds, read and sign pet rules/policy. - A maximum of [2] pets under 20 pounds each per RV site. - Allowed pets: domestic dogs and cats are permitted. - Exotic pets and aggressive breeds are not allowed. - Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet or in a secure enclosure at all times when outside your RV. - Pets must not be left unattended outside at any time. - No excessive barking. - Continuous barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. - Any pet displaying aggressive behavior must be removed from the park immediately. - Owners must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste in designated pet waste stations. - Pets should be walked in designated pet-friendly areas and not in playgrounds, pool areas, or other communal spaces. - Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and wear identification tags at all times. - Pets are not allowed in restrooms, laundry rooms, or other park buildings. - Owners are fully responsible for any injury or damage caused by their pets. - Management reserves the right to amend these rules and determine whether a pet may remain in the park. - By bringing a pet into the Plantation Trailer Park, you agree to comply with these rules. - Failure to follow them may result in removal from the park without refund. Smoking - Only permitted at individual sites. - No smoking in the office area or green spaces. Tethering & Fencing - No temporary fences, tie-outs, or pens are allowed outside RVs. Warnings & Fines - Violations of pet rules may result in warnings, fines, or expulsion from the park. Campground Disclaimer - This property is privately owned & management may refuse service, limit length of stay and/or number of persons and/or vehicles & may evict anyone without refund. - We are not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
