Payment Policy - Rates are subject to change without notice. - By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization for the Resort to automatically bill your credit card, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure. - All outstanding balances are due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Reservation Policy - You may make reservations up to 6 months in advance. - Reservations made 31 days or more from the date of arrival are subject to a deposit equal to 50% of the total balance due. - Reservations made 30 days or less from the date of arrival are to be paid in full at the time of booking.
