Back-In 30/50 Amp Site

Terms & Conditions: - Check-in is 1 pm. We ask that guests check in upon arrival or call if arriving after hours. - Reservations include 2 adults. - There's a charge of $5/night for each additional adult (above 2). - There is no additional charge for children or pets. - Reservations include 1 extra vehicle. - There's a charge of $10/night for each additional extra vehicle (above 1) - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - All visitors must check in at the office. - Check-out is at 11 am. We ask that guests please inform the office upon departure. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Pet Policy: - Pets must be licensed and vaccinated. Copies of all vaccinations, including current rabies vaccination, should be provided to the office. - Pets must be leashed on a fixed-length of 6’ or 8’ leash while walking in the park. (Dog exercise area exception if under your control.) - Pet owners must clean up after their pets and properly dispose of pet waste in a bag in the dumpster. - With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed in Dixieland Community Room or Office at any time. - Pets will not be allowed to cause any disturbance which might annoy neighbors including, but not limited to, barking, growling, biting, or any other unusual noises or damage. - Under no circumstances is a pet to invade the privacy of anyone’s campsite. - Pets should not be left outside unattended at any time. - Excessive barking of the unattended pets within the RV will result in you being asked to leave before your scheduled departure. - Pet owners are responsible at all times for their pets, including injury, destruction, and annoyances to other campers. - Dixieland RV Park and Management shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind whatsoever caused by or to a camper’s pet.
