Rates for reservations made over 90 days in advance are subject to change. - Linens are included with park model rentals but are not included with cabin or trailer rentals. Linens are available for an additional fee for cabins and trailers. - Arizona Oasis RV Resort is not responsible for any loss due to fire, accident, theft, damages, and/or injury to any resident or any guest of any resident, or any property at any time. Any person creating a nuisance or a health and safety issue may be evicted or asked to leave.
