Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-In: 4:00 PM.
- Check-Out: 10:00 AM.
- If arriving after 6:00 PM, please call to make arrangements as our front desk is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Late check-out is not an option.
- A one night deposit is charged to a credit/debit card at the time of reservation with the remaining balance charged the morning of check-in.
- Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods.
- No refunds will be offered for early checkout.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.Lost/Stolen Policy
- Pine Haven Venue & Lodging is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Smoking Policy
- NO SMOKING in units. If smoking inside any building occurs, up to a $250 cleaning fee may be applied.Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Campfires must be extinguished by 11:00 PM.
- First violation of quiet hours will result in a verbal warning, and the second violation will result in a $100.00 fine charged to the card on file for the offending party.
- Third violation of quiet hours will result in requiring violating party to leave the premises with no refund of reservation charges.Reservation Policy
- Large Groups (3 or more rooms booked under the same payment) and/or Extended Stay (reservations of 7 or more nights):
- A first-night deposit is charged to the credit card at the time of reservation, and a second-night deposit is charged to the credit card 30 days prior to check-in, with the remaining balance due the morning of check-in.Vehicle Policy
- Sturgis Motorcycle Rally is a high-impact period. For Rally reservations, the first-night deposit will be charged to a credit/debit card at the time of reservation with the remaining balance charged to the card on May 1sy.Housekeeping Policy

- Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
- Camp mattresses (in children’s loft of cabins) do not include bedding and pillows.

- Dogs are allowed at RV sites and in pet-friendly cabins.
- Dogs are the ONLY species allowed at Pine Haven Venue & Lodging.
