Having spent many years camping, backpacking, climbing and skiing all around the world, we have finally found our ideal mode of travel and we want to share it with others. Our typical trip involves travel over the North Cascades Highway, out in the San Juan Islands or up in British Columbia for some camping in out of the way locations. We often look for forest service or back country campgrounds. We are usually completely alone and we are able to find a campground near a stream or lake so that we can enjoy some fly fishing while we are there. The Westfalia van complete with full kitchen and forced air propane furnace allows us to enjoy or vans throughout the year no matter what the weather.
