Overall we had a great trip and enjoyed the camper van, which was clean, well-appointed, and had many great features that made traveling as a family of 4 comfortable and fun. Communication could have been better: VSR was not very responsive to my questions about the van before our trip, and I had to contact them several times (and reach out to Outdoorsy support) to get answers. However, once we arrived to pick up the camper van, they were very courteous and helpful with orienting us to the vehicle and its features. Some of the instructions that Alejandro gave us turned out to be erroneous, however, which led to some problems with getting the hot water to work. They also only gave us a partial set of sheets after we paid 80 Euros for two full sets. Some of the cabinets in the van started failing to open or wouldn't close properly, but otherwise everything functioned well. There are a few additional accessories that we think they could add to make the van more comfortable and functional, like a curtain rod and curtain on the back doors, and air conditioning or some form of ventilation when the van is parked, as well as a step at the side door and maybe some more open shelving above the kitchen. Otherwise, we loved the camper van, and had a great overall experience and an excellent trip!
