We’ve heard nothing but great things from everyone that has dealt with this company in the past so we were excited about the opportunity to rent from them however it didn’t quite live up to expectations. We were expecting a unit that was well taken care of and ready for us when we arrived to pick up but there were some issues. The license plate was barely hanging on and a brake light lens was missing along with some dirt and other debris inside. I know some things happen out of their control but these were some things that could’ve been fixed/looked over before we showed up, especially with previous few days showing open to rent. The big one for us was we found the bed frame to be cracked right down the middle which made it unusable for us on our trip. Customer service was quick to apologize for the inconvenience and sent back a few bucks for the bed issue. It was definitely nice having the A/C, a fridge, and our own space while we were away. We were definitely disappointed in the quality/preparation coming from a company that everyone speaks extremely highly of but overall we enjoyed our trip and having a camper. Despite the experience we had this trip we will keep them in mind for future rental/purchase.

Our rental experience was very enjoyable. The delivery man parked and set up the trailer right where we needed it and cleaned up the glass from a door that broke during transport. He was extremely nice and helpful. Scott handled the rental details and made special arrangements to pick up the trailer on Sunday. He called several times to give details and offer any assistance that may be needed. This is a first rate rental company that I would highly recommend and definitely use again.

They were great at staying in contact and delivered when they said they would. They answered after hours when I needed to call them for a minor issue that was quickly resolved 10/10 recommend.

our family had a great experience but some minor things that we should been aware of. The awning that was repaired with duct tape and was coming apart and the other corner with a tear so that we were not responsible. And when extending the pull out wires were showing. Again minor things but you have our business. Thank you again

We are still needing to be reimbursed for money. We paid to have a tire fixed while we were down for 17 hours in a parking lot.

The oven did not work ,which changed our meal plans.There is a leg missing on fold down in tog carrier and the other leg was broken.However the delivery person was very nice.Just dissapointed with the condition s in camper.

RV was clean and in good working condition. Scott did a great job in the walkthrough making sure I understood how to operate the systems in the motor home.

Highly recommend working with Scott as he is extremely knowledgeable and patient on explaining how to properly use the features of the RV which made our trip enjoyable. We already are planning to rebook with them next year.

Scott was amazing. We had issues with rv but he was always there to help and quick to answer any questions we had. It was our first time renting an rv. So we had alot of questions lol. Very pleased with how he represented the company. We will rent from them again just not that unit alot of plumbing issues with the toilet backing up and cosmetic issues. would recommend to my friends and family

The staff was great, but the trailer was average. It may have been "winterized" so that caused some issues, but we got through it fine.

Second year renting and it was the best. Communication was quick and easy. The camper was in tip top shape and ready to go. Drop off was sad I wanted to keep camping but had to go back to the real world. I would definitely recommend this camper and the renter. The camper slept 3 adults comfortably.
