The vehicle was AMAZING and we had a truly fabulous time. It was in good repair, all components worked well.
The downside was communication. This company did not respond to outdoorsy messages, phone calls, or emails, only to text messages and only on their own timeline. In order to add the various extras described in the listing (which were overpriced BTW, bring your own!), I had to eventually call outdoorsy customer support to get hold of the company. They did not at that point even acknowledge the messages I had been sending the.m for weeks, simply sent an automated text to watch a set of instructions and a link to book extras.
Knowing this now, I would rent again. But in the weeks leading up to the trip it was concerning and I nearly canceled because I thought the listing must be a scam since no one answered.

We were able to fit all of our group in the RV and the renting experience was really good! It was perfect for a weekend get-away with a big group/family.

The plumbing in this trailer is rather sensitive. We were the only trailer in five RV parks that did not connect to "city" water pressure. We ran off the internal tank and everything was fine. Also, empty holding tanks after two nights to be safe. At most of our sites we had no problem getting level but that does need consideration because there are no levelers just stabilizers.. The overall feeling is that this is a basic camping trailer. We had an excellent adventure. I loved sleeping in this trailer. We (two adults one child) ate meals, hung out, napped, slept perfectly.

I have rented lots of RVs in the past but none and as new and clean as this one! Great trip and great experience. We will be back!
