William delivered and set up our RV and graciously walked us through his setup process to satisfy my curiosity. He was responsive in answering my questions over text. The RV was clean and did everything we needed. It was great to have the option of cooking with gas with the generator off, and induction when we were on generator. My daughter loved the front queen bed with the large overhead window. It was like sleeping under the stars. Lots of storage space, everywhere. No complaints.

I am glad your horse completed the event this year, and maybe next year I will have a chance to experience a little bit of the event myself. I am glad your daughter enjoyed the starry nights in the overhead bunk.

Amazing experience! This was my first time using Outdoorsy, in fact, I was a little unsure of it at first. I thought renting someone's RV would be a little strange. I have rented several RV's over the past few years from commercial agencies (I won't say who, but it starts with a C and end with an A), and the last time we rented we had an awful experience when our RV (that was in pretty rough shape) broke down 30 minutes outside of Reno in peak summer temps. No biggie, vehicles sometimes do that, however, the road side assistance and follow through from the company was horrendous and we ended up having to clime our own way out, rent a U-haul and a car to get all of our family and gear back home.My in-laws have a small cabin in Montana that we go visit almost every year from California. The past few years, space has been tighter as the kids are growing and so we need more beds and living space to accomodate everyone. Someone had recommended we check out Outdoorsy and renting an RV up in Montana that could be delivered to the cabin and be set up for us. After a quick search we found a couple of options that would work. One of the options was Thor, a very nice RV that looked well taken care of and the host offered the delivery service we needed, but what really sold us was the past customer reviews about William (the owner) and how he was an outstanding host, something that was important to us after the last RV experience.We decided to go for it so I booked online and within minutes I received contact from William who was instantly helpful. He helped coach us through what we needed and didn't need in terms of RV needs.. hookups, portable dump station, Lenins, coffee maker, etc.. We exchanged several messages over the period between booking and our arrival, William was proactive and confirmed everything with us a couple days prior to delivery day. From the start I felt like we made a good choice in using Outdoorsy and booking with William.We arrived to the cabin on the 4th of July after a two day haul from Cali and the RV was better than we had imagined. I had rented C-class RV's but this Super-C is next level. The RV is spacious, clean, modern amenities (A/C, two refrigerators, K-cup coffee maker, washer / dryer, ambient lighting, leather captains chairs & dining benches, shade awnings, etc. The beds were very comfortable. My son is 6'-6" and he fit perfectly into the queen loft bed, my two daughters had twin bunks and the master had a queen. Large family of 5 with three teenagers fit very comfortably.As nice and comfortable as the RV was, the most valuable thing for me is having someone who cares about the service they are providing. We were traveling thousands of miles into a remote area without cell service where we were staying for almost two weeks. William being quick to engage and thorough in his communications really help to lower the stress level of a big family vacation trip. when we arrived everything was set up for us. William provided thorough instructions to our in-laws on how to use everything with the RV, he even checked in after a day to make sure we were doing fine and didn't have any needs or questions. Everything operated smoothly, no issues or complaints. It couldn't have gone any better.

This RV was in excellent condition, very clean, and had plenty of room. It was easy to operate and had many nice features. William was awesome for setting up and explaining each feature. I would recommend this RV to my family and friends. Great experience! Thanks to the Pruntys!!!

The RV was clean and as described. The contact (William Prunty) was very accomodating and helpful! Everything went well.
