Rachel and the Quest RV team are the best in the biz. Very accommodating, understanding, helpful and thorough. Pickup and drop off processes are simplified and non intimidating. Each vehicle I’ve used and have seen are in pristine order. I would recommend Quest RV and I plan to use them once a year for my annual outing.

We had a great trip! One suggestion that could make the experience even better would be for Quest RV to provide a short, RV-specific walkthrough video highlighting how things work and where everything is located. It would be quick to create and incredibly helpful to reference during the trip. We would definitely rent from them again!

In all,ma great experience. We would def rent this unit again. We had a few first time RV newbie mistakes. ran down the battery and unable to start the generator. quest was responsive and resolved within a few hours. the unit was very clean inside , except all the windows were really dirty inside and out, spent about an hour cleaning them before we hit the road.

RV- more road noise from tires than I would have expected and AC didn’t work. Good otherwise.
Host- good communications and friendly. When AC didn’t work, we didn’t get a tech call back when needed. Took another 24 hours just to figure out how to at least get vent fan to work. Wasn’t offered any kind of refund for this or discount for this. Disappointed.

Delivery was 4 hours late, then company requested to pick RV up 2 hours early. RV was not very clean upon delivery (floors and shower did not seem to have been cleaned prior) and had a lot of damage to the interior wood surfaces. Generator would consistently die and was very difficult to start again (had to do so manually and would take 30 minutes-1 hour to start again-used entire bottle of oil provided on the first 3 days, generator would not start at all Saturday evening-Monday) Apple

RV Quest is as legit as it comes, Rachel helped me with the booking process and went above and beyond to make our special requests work. RV was spotless and rode smooth to Florida and back.

We had so much fun on our trip! The RV was perfect for us, we had a baby and a toddler with us so we needed the two rooms with doors. The staff was very helpful and answered every question we had! They were responsive and detailed in everything.
