Platinum RV group was amazing. Because the host from our first rental canceled a week before the trip- this was a last minute booking. You'd never know it because it was handled the same as any other reservation. They were quick to answer my questions, added a few things we requested, was timely in their delivery, and stayed in contact through the whole thing. Without a doubt- we'd use them again to reserve an RV. The unit itself was well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed. Thank you!

The process of getting the RV dropped off and set up was simple and easy. The individual who dropped it off was early and went over all aspects of the RV with me. The RV was clean and everything was functioning. It was picked up on time and they were flexible with the change we had to make last minute for the timing. We had a fabulous experience overall and would rent this same RV again! Highly recommend if you are in the Portland-ish, OR area!

Will most definitely be using anything they have to offer again and again ,amazing and friendly service very generous and willing to accommodate to make it an easy trip ,there units are fitted for use and its like you towed it from the dealer ,clean and up kept with no hidden surprises
