Our experience with the host was good, Chad was very communicative. The van, on the otherhand was in rough shape and not as clean as I was expecting. We also had to stop everyday to air up an extremely worn out back tire. In the end we were able to talk through these issues with the host, but I had higher expectations and it detracted from our family vacation.

Chad and the Airstream were perfect for our trip. We only had to call once on our 5 week journey, and he was promptly available. The van had precision at the wheel, power in its motor omg comfort in the captain seats which you can practically sit in all day, but not really. I didn’t feel any stress on my legs or spine, or butt from long miles, no vibration traveling blues. A few hiccups but manageable. We have enjoyed the marketing venue, and it’s Managment.have fun on your next trip!

Chad was super friendly, helpful, flexible and overall a joy to interact with. He was even very understanding when I accidentally lost the key to the trailer and he had to ultimately have it rekeyed.

RV was exactly as described. Easy to tow and setup. Clean and comfortable and Chad fully explained all amenities and operations. I rented for five days and had zero issues. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks for the great communications Chad! 5*’s

Had an amazing trip with my kids in Chad’s camper van! The van was stocked with all the needed amenities and Chad was readily available for any questions I had. Would rent again from him in a heartbeat!

Horrendous! Had a blow-out on the trailer tire the very first day. Elderly parent and I had to wait for almost 2 hrs in the 100+ degree weather to get help. Then had to wait 1.5 hours to get tires replaced. No hot water for showers (was not informed that gas had to be opened ALL the way) and no TV (came with trailer but was not shown how to work it or where the controls were). Had to rent hotels for showers. Dissatisfied with the RV and notified host of early return. In seeking refund for unused days due to issues, host became very insulting and refused to grant refund of unused days.

Top notch experience, with the host and the vehicle. Chad was easy to communicate with. We were surprised and amazed that the vehicle was fully equipped with what we needed (and even more). We would rent anytime again!

Chad was great to rent from. He was patient and took the time to walk us through the rental's features while providing additional pointers so that we can enjoy its use more.

We had a great time camping in Sedona with our family! The Airstream Rangeline was super easy to use and make our camping trip enjoyable with the extra luxuries it had to offer. The Rangeline was clean, comfortable and fit all of our needs. Chad was very friendly, informative, helpful and overall a joy to work with! We will definitely be renting this again for future trips! Full heartedly- 5 stars!!

Our recent camping trip with the 2023 Airstream Basecamp REI Edition hosted by OUTr RIM Adventure Rentals was nothing short of spectacular! This cozy, but spacious, well-designed camper made our journey up north to Flagstaff an absolute delight.
