Our Freedom unit was clean, well stocked for immediate use. Ian was very helpful with airport transfers To/From.
We had zero mechanical problems over a week of travel through mountain towns.

The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. The RV was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described.I would definitely recommend this RV, especially if you're staying at a campground with electrical hookups. We camped at a more remote site without hookups, and unfortunately the battery didn't last for the duration of our trip. The host was kind enough to include a generator at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. However, because of campground quiet hours and generator restrictions, we weren't able to run it enough to fully recharge the battery.

We had a great time on our family vacation with this RV. We drove it to several national parks and it drove really well without issues. The AC and generator worked great. It’s starting to see some minor wear and tear but nothing that was an issue. The communication was great - they took the time to show us how everything worked and we were able to enjoy the week without any problems. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us.

Excellent experience with Mountain West RV Rentals. The RV I rented was exactly as advertised. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. The entire rental process from start to finish was very seamless and customer friendly. I will absolutely be renting from this company again!

Mountain West RV rental was awesome! Nathan and Ian were so helpful! The RV was perfect, it had everything we needed. No issues at all. We would definitely use them again. In fact we are already looking to book our next trip.

Service was great. Pick up, Drop off and hitch assembly was easy.
Overall, the trailer functioned ok. This unit needed a generator to function due to battery issues.

Thank you Ryan! We are so glad you enjoyed your trip! For prospective customers: PLEASE, heed our expert advice with regard to your potential needs (e.g.: an external generator, in this case). Even our units that are entirely solar powered may require a generator or shore power if the usage of power exceeds what the solar system can provide, lack of sunlight, or any number of occurrences outside of our control. Your experience is our top priority! We also take great pride in our ratings and it is most unfortunate to receive a less than perfect rating due to our recommendations being ignored.

Live in Denver but rented up in Eagle. Fantastic experience. Micro Mini was perfect for our trip. Clean comfortable and great price. Trailer was ready early for us when we arrived. Great staff. Made sure we were 100% on use of the trailer’s features. I’m sold. Will use Mountains West exclusively from now on

The lease process went smoothly, no glitches. Both Nathan and Ian were very knowledgable and helpful. The 2018 Thor Elite we rented was in great shape and everything worked, which helped make our trip a great experience. We had no vehicle issues.
