My RV was sold to a new owner a week prior to my start date. The new owner double booked it and i t went out to someone else and was not available for me. I did not find this out until 3 days prior to me picking it up. I was still charged all the rental and the security deposits. Even after Outdoorsy was told to refund my deposits. I am EXTREMELY dissappointed in the lack of professionalism and manner that this has been handled. Larry is difficult to reach and only replies by txting.

This is a great new trailer with everything you could want. Nice & clean on pickup. He took the time to show me how everything works. Will definitely rent this one again. No complaints whatsoever.

Joey was very responsive to messages and inquiries. He did a very thorough walk-thru before getting us underway. I would rent from him again.
