We rented a Odin 2014 from the Fireside RV team and unfortunately the experience wasn't great. Below is how I would characterize. Definitely a learning experience on future RV rentals. Team communicated that they would fix the issues for future renters, but definitely items to test below.Negatives
- During Trip communication was almost non-existent. Reported several issues and received a single reply after a couple days that they were looking into a fix. Never heard back.
- Toilet leaks when on city fixtures. Maybe a water pressure issue...
- Water system. First time RV renter, so when I was shown the water system, and the single garden hose in the unit, I didn't know that the water hookups for an RV site are much more complicated. First, the hose threading didn't work on the RV, and when I inspected other sites and watched a tutorial, learned that you need a pressure valve, brass 90 degree turn, clean water appropriate hose, filter is a good idea as well. Had to buy all that at Walmart.
-Sewage hosing. Provided 6 feet of sewage hose, compartment that was labeled sewage hosing was empty.
-Brake lights and turn signals. Only really worked when brakes are fully depressed, didn't turn on when normal braking and using turn signal. Very dangerous.

Again we apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your trip. We have certainly taken your recommendations to heart, I have supplied this rig with a longer water hose, a longer sewer hose, a water pressure regulator and the elbow which you mentioned that was helpful. Since we are not typically the camper, these suggestions help us and we appreciate them.

Opted for delivery to the show grounds, easy to communicate with, through on the walk through, everything was setup and hauled away with no hassle. Spacious and comfortable for a nice weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful experience renting this RV. Chris was awesome to work with. We stayed close by the pickup location and had a issue getting it started when we stopped to check in. Chris actually drove over, got the battery jumped for us and they stayed until we got everything hooked up to make sure it was all working correctly. No more issues the entire trip. RV was clean and in good condition. We are also hosts with Outdoorsy so we know all it takes for a successful rental. Chris did a great job making sure our experience was a good one. I would highly recommend renting from Fireside RV rental.

The hosts were fantastic and knowledgable about the Dutchess. Had an amazing time and shocked by how well the rig did on gas milage!

Tim & Tracy were gracious hosts and setup the camper like pros. They were quick to respond and kind when we had a tree limb fall on the camper during our stay. Would book with them again!

The R.V we originally booked wasn't available on the pickup day. They provided other choices but unfortunately the R.V had water leak problems, water pump not functioning properly. The water heater wasn't functioning properly. I will most likley not be booking with outdoorsy.

They are Absolutely Amazing to work with! Second to none service, communication and kindness! The unit was perfect and exactly how shown on site, they delivered and even came back to check on us and bring us extra towels and sheets! They truly go above and beyond and I for sure would recommend using them, and I will be using them again! 5 stars!

DO NOT RENT A WORTHLESS RV FROM THESE PEOPLE. Our battery didn’t work then the generator didn’t work the fridge didn’t work, they took their sweet time doing other things trying to AVOID accountability that they did NOT pre check their rv, DID NOT check fluids and I hope this place NEVER HAS a successful rent again. REFUSED to give us another RV FOR THEIR GOD DAMN FAULTS, ITS YOUR GOD DAMN FAULT THE BATTERY DIDNT WORK, YOUR FAULT for NOT checking the generator AC, PROPANE AND BATTERY. Watched them wash other RVs and make us wait in the heat with no water, no shade no place with AC. Was here for hours. Worthless conning hillbillies, especially you Daniel. Do NO service with Daniel, a man can’t even brush his teeth from rotting why would he make sure you’re safe on the road when he can’t even take care of himself??? He not only tried to leave in his truck with his wife because he “couldn’t do anything” I had to get in front of the truck and stop and ask him why he’s leaving and he said “We have other people coming to pick up rvs” explaining how we’re not priority.

OMG!!!! This was our first time in a RV, and Teresa made this more than an AMAZING experience! We had problems finding an Rv last minute, and to the rescue came Fireside RV. Teresa took her time explaining the rental process, and features of the RV. The RV was clean, homey, and spacious. We had all the comforts of home with a pullout sofa, 2 recliners, a standard refrigerator, and Smart TV! Because we’ve never stayed in a RV, we were concerned about getting too hot; however, the temperature was perfectly regulated. The main bedroom mattress was comfortable with clean linen, and fresh towels. The cabinet was stocked with dishes and pots and pans. We definitely plan on using Fireside Rv in the very, very near future!!
