For a small rv, the van was well thought out as to providing the necessities and having adequate storage. We didn't use the chemical toilet and instead relied on campground facilities, which gave us more storage space for things like suitcases and pantry supplies.
It was nice to have a small vehicle for getting around. The main problem that I would see is that is hot weather there is not much ventilation unless you leave the side and back doors open. This allows mosquitos to get in because there is no screening. Fortunately being as we were near the north-east coast of Canada for the majority of our trip, heat was not a problem.
There were a few things missing like the camp chairs that were promised. Also no can opener or grater. Make sure everything is there before you leave.
Overall the owner was very prompt in responding to texts when we had any problems that we couldn't figure out.
