We appreciate the delivery at the last moment. The camper was spacious and clean. However, there was a VERY strong odor of mice urine in the master bedroom. You could smell it in the whole camper but it was strongest in the master.

This was our first outing. We need to learn more about the water, water heater etc. The bed was REALLY hard, but an air mattress will fix that.

We had a great time camping with our family, but unfortunately, the camper experience caused nothing but stress throughout the week.
Because I was staying at All Star Village with the baseball team, my wife was often alone at the camper, and instead of enjoying the trip, I spent the entire week worrying about whether something else was going to go wrong.
First, the top bunk was broken, so our 70-pound daughter couldn’t safely sleep on it. It was repaired, but it continued to sag. Then, the waste line had to be replaced because it was cracked in multiple places, leaving us unable to use the bathroom for hours.
To make matters worse, the carbon monoxide detector went off, which was extremely concerning. We eventually found out that the detector itself was defective. I asked for a number to speak with someone about these issues and left multiple messages, but never received a response.
Problems can happen with any camper, but the lack of communication and customer service made this experience much worse. We should have been able to enjoy our family vacation instead of constantly worrying about what would break next.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would never use this company again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

While the camper was in decent shape there was some things that were disappointing. The mattress in the main bedroom was horrendous. We have had multiple campers so we know when purchasing a camper the mattresses are horrible, so not surprised but also disappointed. We were low on propane. I attempted to contact RTG but received a message because it was after hours. When attempting to contact after hours line, it was busy. Ironically, saw a RTG worker at the campground and mentionded it. First, i was told Monday (it was a Saturday) than I was told later that day. We checked out Wednesday...propane never filled. Again, not a major issue but still disappointing. Others that rented campers in our group had issues that were more important. Such as one of the campers the line for the propane was leaking/hissing. Luckily we were able to disconnect that propane however not something we should of had to do. Another camper the a/c was not working correcrly. The other campers also were not aware of having to "empty" the black and gray tanks. I feel all the campers should be checked after being used and a step by step manual as not everyone has used campers. While our experience was not horrible I think as a whole you could do better, especially with the amount of money that is charged.

The team at Rentals to Go is always super friendly and helpful. I have rented a camper from them for a few years now and it always impresses me when I arrive to my site and walk in!!! Thank you to Stephanie and the people that take the time to help make our trip special.

The only issue was the first night with the camper being unlevel. Fortunately Manny was very helpful and courteous the next day

The RV was not set up correctly therefore the techs had to come out twice ( both were very professional). My husband flushed the toilet and it shot straight up, then the kitchen drain was plugged, then the glass above the stove shattered ( I borrowed a shop vac to clean myself) lots of problems but staff came out quickly except for the glass. Stephane was amazing!

COMPLETELY SEAMLESS PROCESS! Pricing was very competitive. The camper was in perfect condition when we arrived to the campground. We had never been in a camper before and we had some questions about the camper during our reservation and we were able to easily contact the CTG staff. We are going back to NY next summer and we will definitely use their services again. Thank you Campers To Go!

The camper was great very clean everything worked perfectly, even though it didn’t go wear we asked it to, it went to a better spot on the property so that worked out perfectly I hope we can get that same camper and spot next year Jennifer was quick to answer any text or phone calls from us and was super supportive all around 5 stars and will definitely be renting next year !

I give full props to Campers To Go of Norwich for their customer service and responsiveness. They delivered the camper that we agreed to on time and at the correct location. They are very easy to deal with and I recommend doing business with them. The only reason I'm giving 4.5 versus 5 stars is that the camper itself was a bit clunky. There were no serious defects to speak of, just a few very minor things like a broken handle, but the camper itself was kind of bouncy. When either one of us walked around, or even laughed too hard, the whole thing shook. We visited others' RVs at the campground and didn't find this to be the case with other units -- we are complete newbies to RV camping and elected to rent in order to gain some experience. We weren't certain what to expect. Other than this issue, our experience was just fine and we look forward to enjoying more RVing adventures in our future.
