RV was great. It deserves 5 stars, after all is was brand new. However, I didn't know that it would not have a TV and that they don't allow awning use until I picked it up. I am used renting RV's and they usually come stocked with the necessities like kitchenware. But since this was new and not rented by an individual I thought ahead of time to ask it and it doesn't. I am glad I asked so we were able to be prepared. Emily is super nice and efficient but might need to tell renters what to expect a head time. Maybe it’s in the fine print. I would recommend and rent from them again, but only if I can use the awning. It's a big part of our tradition to decorate the awning with lights and it's very useful when it rains a little. Thumbs up for Camper Clinic and Emily. But make sure you ask about ahead of time what is important to you on your RV adventure.

Emily was very helpful with the trailer pickup process, explained how to work everything patiently and thoroughly. The trailer was practically brand new, very clean and in excellent working order.
