Clean and AC already on for us.Best experience we could have hope for. The host was responsive, accommodating, really above and beyond . We chose delivery and when we arrived , it was set up ready to go, super clean, ac on. He checked in when we got there, confirmed all was good and if we had a question he responded timely.
